Springboard and platform diving instruction for children, adults, competitive divers and aspiring elite athletes.
Learn to Dive
Designed for beginners ages 6–13. Divers learn body positions, tumbling, dryboard, trampoline, springboard and platform fundamentals, advancing as safety and proficiency improve.
$100 (2x week) | $150 (3x week)
Adult Diving
An introductory class for adults of all ages. Sessions combine warm-up and conditioning with skill development on the diving boards.

Private Lessons
Individualized or small-group instruction with a low athlete-to-coach ratio. Visiting divers are also welcome.

Competitive Team
Progressive team groups for athletes ready to compete and develop complete dive lists.

Elite Team
Advanced training for highly committed divers pursuing upper-level competition goals.

High School
The ADT High School group is dedicated to preparing divers for competition at their respective high schools during the season.

Team Registration Requirements
Team athletes are expected to maintain current USA Diving and AAU memberships and to follow ADT registration procedures. Competitive divers also use DiveLive and DiveMeets for meet registration and dive-sheet submission.
Tuition and membership information can change. Confirm current rates and requirements with ADT before registering.
